1/4 pound fresh noodles
1 teaspoon preserved Sichuan vegetable, rinsed and minced
1 Tablespoon sesame sauce
1 teaspoon minced garlic
1/2 teaspoon sugar
1/2 teaspoon ground white pepper
1/2 teaspoon lard
1 Tablespoon boiled water or hot boiling stock
1/4 scallion, minced

1. Cook noodles for three minutes in boiling water, drain and put into a medium-sized bowl.
2. Mix all other ingredients and pour this mixture over the noodles, toss, and serve.
